What if i am outstation when the delivery arrive ?
- You must ensure you will be available to accept delivery at the delivery address on the delivery date as agreed between you and caramel. Or else, delivery company will give you a call to confirm with you. If the delivery company can not contact you, they will resent the parcel to us and re-delivery will need you to paying additional fees to us delivery back to you.
- Tracking number will be sent to you via email and SMS after we post your parcel
